About the Speaker

I am a Software Engineer with more than seven years of experience making WEB products, most of them Front-End related. For the last 2,5 years, I have been working in Parimatch Tech. I Led complex architectural projects from scratch in Parimatch. Also, I took part in parimatch Tech Academy as . a JS mentor and, organized internal JS communications, took part in tech talks and digests in the company.

Talk: Implementing Design System: Web Components, is it your time?

We develop a flexible and widely configurable product. We often face issues of scaling and scaling to new regions.
So we decided to give our clients consistent design across platforms and make one UI kit forever (?) for the web.
In this talk, we should discuss a framework-agnostic design system and why we chose web components for this purpose.
In the implementation process, we encountered both positive and negative sides of this technology and want to share our conclusions about it.
